Negotiation for you

Once we’ve met and reviewed in detail your scenario, we then work hard negotiating with the different chosen lenders to determine the suitable solution, tailored to your needs.

Step 3
Recommendation

We then provide you with your recommendation to choose from. Here you will have 3 choices to select from.

Step 4
Application submission 

Once we’ve made our decision, we will submit our application to our chosen lender and keep you up to date with the progress.

Step 5
Unconditional / Formal approval

The fun part and most rewarding for us, you’re getting the money!
